Baila Ba Mamadou is an activist with 20 years of experience in community organising, as well as in publishing and research on immigration, diversity and racism. He is a member of the Working Group for Census 2021. He was a member of the Permanent Board of the National Commission for Equality and Against Racial Discrimination in Portugal (2015-2019).
